How N3’s electronically generated I-9 works

N3 uses the official USCIS Form I-9 and guides the employee and N3 representative through the required electronic steps.

  1. The customer places a Virtual I-9 Review request.
  2. The employee securely completes and electronically signs Section 1.
  3. The employee uploads the required document copies and schedules the virtual review.
  4. An N3 authorized representative examines the documents during the live video meeting and completes Section 2.
  5. The system generates the completed I-9 packet for the customer to acknowledge, download, and retain.
Where E-Verify fits

Connect E-Verify only when you want N3 to create and process the E-Verify case after the electronically generated I-9 is completed. If your company handles E-Verify, you can still use N3’s virtual review and electronically generated I-9 without connecting here.
